CLYDE NORTHCREATIVELET’S TALK

Home / Business CRM

CUSTOMERS. BOOKINGS. BUSINESS FIGURES.

A clearer place to organise your business.

A website helps customers find you and get in touch. A customer relationship management system, or CRM, helps you organise what comes next: customer details, bookings, job information and business figures.

Clyde North Creative’s CRM is part of the Growth and Connected website packages. This page explains the proposed tools and the questions to discuss before choosing a package.

Current status: private pilot

Customer access is being built and tested. Live SMS, Google and accounting connections require further setup before customer launch. We confirm readiness, scope and running costs before you commit. The homepage dashboard is an illustrative preview, not a live customer account.

What would you use it for?

For example, a service business might need to keep an enquiry, the agreed job details and photographs together, then record the booking and payment. Tell us how you currently do this so we can check which parts the agreed setup will support.

Growth or Connected?

Growth — from £600

Website and CRM, with customer records, booking diary, job notes, photographs and business figures. Automated follow-up and marketing SMS are not included.

ASK ABOUT GROWTH

Connected — from £800

Website and CRM with agreed customer-message workflows, automated follow-up and marketing SMS for opted-in customers. Provider connection and testing are needed before activation.

ASK ABOUT CONNECTED

These are starting prices. Hosting, ongoing support, CRM running costs, SMS provider setup and message usage are confirmed in your quote. If you only need a website and enquiry form, Launch starts from £380 without a CRM.

Bert the AI dog — optional £150 setup

Add Bert to any website as an optional extra. He is available with Launch, Growth and Connected, or for an existing website, even if we did not build it. The £150 fee covers setup; no CRM package is required.

Tell us about your business and current website so we can confirm the installation details.

ASK ABOUT BERT

What needs agreeing before SMS goes live?

  1. The purpose: identify the booking messages, follow-ups or marketing you want to send.
  2. The provider and costs: confirm the connection, setup charges and message usage.
  3. The audience and wording: agree the message content and which opted-in customers should receive marketing.
  4. Testing and activation: check the agreed workflows before enabling them for customer use.

Choosing Connected does not mean messages start sending immediately. Setup and testing come first.

Bring your workflow, not your customer database

For an initial enquiry, describe your business, team size, how you arrange jobs and the tasks that take the most time. Mention any existing website, diary, messaging or accounting tools so compatibility can be reviewed. Do not send passwords or sensitive customer information through the enquiry form.

Questions to discuss

Can I start with a website and discuss the CRM later?

Launch is the website-only option. Tell us if you expect to need customer or booking tools later, so we can discuss the scope, compatibility and costs before you choose a starting point.

Can I keep my existing tools?

Include their names in your enquiry. Connections need to be assessed and agreed; live Google, accounting and SMS connections are not presented as ready-to-use integrations during the pilot.

How do I see what the CRM could look like?

View the illustrative CRM preview on the homepage. It uses example jobs to demonstrate the layout. Ask about current pilot access and suitability for your business.

Talk through your booking process

Tell us what you need to organise and where information gets missed. We can discuss the right starting point and confirm what is ready before you commit.
