CLEAR INFORMATION. A CLEAR NEXT STEP.

Website design for small businesses.

A good business website helps someone understand what you do, decide whether you are right for them and get in touch. Clyde North Creative builds around those three jobs, with a design that feels like your business.

Start with a website on its own or discuss the CRM options if you also need to organise enquiries, customers and bookings. The scope, final price and running costs are agreed before work starts.

What your website needs to do

Choose a starting point

Launch

Website only — from £380. A focused website, mobile-friendly design, service information, an enquiry form and search-friendly structure. No CRM or automated marketing SMS.

Growth

Website + CRM — from £600. Everything in Launch, with dedicated service pages and CRM tools for customer records, bookings, job notes and business figures. Marketing SMS is not included.

Connected

Website + CRM + SMS — from £800. Adds agreed customer-message workflows, follow-up and marketing SMS for opted-in customers. SMS provider setup and usage are quoted separately.

These are starting prices. Hosting, support, CRM running costs and message usage are confirmed in your quote. CRM customer access is in pilot testing, and Connected SMS needs provider connection and testing before activation. We confirm readiness before you commit.

Bert the AI dog — optional £150 setup

Add Bert to any website as an optional extra. He is available with Launch, Growth and Connected, or for an existing website, even if we did not build it. The £150 fee covers setup; no CRM package is required.

Tell us about your business and current website so we can confirm the installation details.

ASK ABOUT BERT

What to include in your enquiry

You do not need a perfect brief. Tell us what your business does, who you want to reach and what you want visitors to do: call, request a quote, book or ask a question.

If you have a website, include its address and explain what is not working for you. Genuine photographs, a logo, a list of services and the questions customers often ask are useful starting material. Do not send passwords or sensitive customer information.

From first conversation to launch

  1. Talk: explain the business and the job the website needs to do.
  2. Shape: agree the direction, content, scope and quote.
  3. Build: bring the design and information together, with feedback along the way.
  4. Launch: check the pages, links and enquiry journey before the site goes live.

Questions before you start

Can I keep my domain?

Tell us which domain you use in your enquiry so we can discuss connecting it to the agreed website. You do not need to share login details in the form.

Do I need a CRM?

If your main aim is to explain your services and receive enquiries, Launch is the website-only starting point. Growth and Connected are options to discuss when you need tools for customer information and bookings alongside the website.

Will the website guarantee first place on Google?

No. Clear content and a sound site structure support search visibility, but rankings depend on competition and many other factors. The website should first give customers useful, accurate information.

Tell us what you have in mind

Share your business, your current website if you have one, and the result you want. We will discuss a suitable package and agree what is included.
